Our mobile tea bar was established in Jan. 2023.  The Gregoire family has always loved boba teas.  One day as Ashley was driving she craved boba tea and wished she had better and more access to the loved beverage.  That's when the idea of a tea truck sparked.  Later that evening, she shared the idea with Caleb, and he loved it.  At that moment they decided to make it happen!  A year after opening, Emerald Tea Co transitioned from a tea "truck" to a tea "trailer".

We are the Gregoire family.  Caleb (dad), Ashley (mom), Elijah (son), & Mya (daughter). This tea truck is so special to us.  There's nothing we love more than spending time together as a family.  While we are together there's likely to be spontaneity dancing,  a practical joke or two, tons of laughter, and lots of hugs.  Together, or single-handedly, we are thrilled to serve you our tea masterpieces.
